100% Pinot Noir from a 0.9-hectare, south-facing vineyard with vines over 80 years old. The parcel lies at 275 meters above sea level, with soils of clay and limestone mixed with stones of various sizes. After 15 days of whole-cluster maceration, the wine is aged for 14 months in used barrels. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Margaux and Lothar met in 2018 while both working with Pierre Fenals at Maison en Belles Lies. Margaux had joined Pierre two years earlier, in 2016, where she learned the foundations of biodynamic farming and low-intervention winemaking.
After completing his studies in oenology, Lothar gained experience through internships with Bruno Schueller in Alsace and Didier Barral in Languedoc. He also grew up learning vegetable and crop cultivation on his parents’ organic farm, which deeply shaped his agricultural sensibility.<...
