100% Syrah, from a site that was part of the Saint-Joseph appellation until the 1980s and is today separated from the AOC by only a small dirt road. Grapes come from an old vineyard with vines around 20 years old. Whole-bunch maceration for 15 days, followed by 9 months in amphora. Only 1,800 bottles were produced, super limited! Notes of olives and tapenade, a true delicacy.

Hugo Vercasson
Hugo Vercasson, born in 1999, boasts an impressive professional experience in various wineries in the Rhône Valley despite his young age. While working for Jeff Malsert (Domaine Iserand), Hugo started his own project in the Arras-sur-Rhône and Eclassan areas, in the southern part of the Saint-Joseph appellation.
In 2021, Hugo took over a small plot of land that was excluded from the Saint-Joseph appellation due to strict regulations, as it was considered too high above sea level, despite being only a few steps away from the AOC area. He planted Syrah from Cornas in this vineyard...
