A Syrah and Viognier blend crafted with a clear focus on gentle extraction, highlighting purity of fruit alongside depth and structure. The grapes are processed as whole clusters, followed by two weeks of manual punch-downs, allowing for a slow, controlled extraction of tannins and aromatics. This approach preserves elegance while gradually building complexity.

After fermentation, the wine is aged in amphora, which enhances texture and adds a subtle earthy dimension while maintaining freshness and accentuating the mineral character of the Saint-Joseph terroir. The result is a refined, well-balanced red with expressive fruit, layered complexity, and a silky, nuanced finish.
