The grapes are whole-bunch harvested, directly pressed, and aged in steel tanks for six months, a choice that preserves the wine’s vibrant stone fruit, citrus, and white-fleshed peach aromas. On the palate, freshness dominates, while subtle nutty notes on the finish add complexity and depth.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur, this Viognier is pure, expressive, and delicately textured, highlighting the variety’s aromatic elegance.

Hugo Vercasson
Hugo Vercasson, born in 1999, boasts an impressive professional experience in various wineries in the Rhône Valley despite his young age. While working for Jeff Malsert (Domaine Iserand), Hugo started his own project in the Arras-sur-Rhône and Eclassan areas, in the southern part of the Saint-Joseph appellation.
In 2021, Hugo took over a small plot of land that was excluded from the Saint-Joseph appellation due to strict regulations, as it was considered too high above sea level, despite being only a few steps away from the AOC area. He planted Syrah from Cornas in this vineyard...
