100% Gamay from Vincent Fargier’s vineyards in Villeneuve-de-Berg, southern Ardèche, grown on clay soils rich in limestone. The grapes undergo a short skin maceration in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and a lively, flowing character. The result is a light, bright, and approachable wine, with aromas of red currants, subtle herbal nuances, and a hint of smokiness on the finish.

Daniel Sage
Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
