A blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir: the former comes from Daniel’s own vineyards, while the Pinot Noir is organic fruit purchased from Vincent Fargier in Villeneuve-de-Berg. After a very short maceration, the grapes are gently pressed, fermented spontaneously, and made without any intervention. The wine spends a short time in multi-fill barrels before bottling. Notes of wild strawberry, lime, and graphite come together in this beautifully light and airy red wine.

Daniel Sage
Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
