100% Viognier, with half of the grapes pressed as whole clusters and the other half macerated in the press juice for a week. The fruit is organic, sourced from Vincent Fargier in Villeneuve-de-Berg. The wine leans toward the style of orange wines, with aromas and flavors of demerara sugar, candied ginger, turmeric, and ripe apricot.

Daniel Sage
Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
