100% Syrah sourced from Jean Delobre, from La Ferme des 7 Lunes in northern Saint-Joseph. The grapes underwent a three-week maceration using the “flottation” method, where whole clusters float in the juice, resulting in a very gentle extraction. The fermenting wine is only lightly sprinkled occasionally, with no further intervention until it is transferred to barrels and eventually bottled, preserving its purity and delicate character.

Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
