This wine is a blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay, partly sourced from our own vineyards on lime-rich, clay soils. Most of the grapes are direct-pressed, with only the Chardonnay receiving brief skin contact. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with spontaneous fermentation, without fining, filtration, or additives.
The wine is fresh and well-balanced, combining fruitiness and minerality, with aromas of white flowers, citrus notes, and a soft, rounded texture.
Available in 0.75 L bottles (photo shows a magnum from a previous vintage).
