100% Roussanne from the Coteaux de Saint-Joseph, sourced from Jean Delobre. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed, and the wine is aged on its lees for 24 months in older oak barrels. Aromas of stone fruit and honey are complemented by a pronounced saline backbone. Only one case was received, making this a truly exclusive release in Hungary.

Daniel Sage
Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
