100% Gamay from granite-rich clay soils in Ardeche, made from estate-grown grapes. The destemmed berries undergo a three-week maceration with gentle extraction, keeping the berries intact and topped up with press juice. The wine is aged for one year in old barrels and finally bottled unfiltered and unfined, without any added sulfur. It offers pure red berry fruit flavors, subtly touched with a hint of smoke.

Daniel, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is entirely self-taught as a winemaker. Born in the suburbs of Lyon and raised in Saint-Étienne, he originally trained as a locksmith. Life took him down many different paths before he ultimately anchored himself in his true passion: wine.
