The fruit, Dornfelder, Weissburgunder, Bacchus, and a small portion of Silvaner, is carefully hand-harvested and meticulously sorted. The grapes are whole-cluster direct pressed, with the must undergoing spontaneous fermentation before aging on fine lees for a full year in 2,400L oak cask.Rosa X is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
A vibrant, fruit-driven wine with generous aromatic intensity, balanced by a beautifully integrated, refreshing acidity.

Eckelsheim is located in the southwestern corner of Rheinhessen, bordering the Nahe wine region. The Mann family settled here in 1699, establishing a farm, planting vineyards, and producing wine ever since.
