A field blend of 30% Scheurebe, 30% Müller-Thurgau, 30% Huxelrebe, and 10% Sylvaner.The fruit was processed in whole clusters and fermented on skins for 10 days prior to pressing. The wine was then aged in 2,400L large-format oak casks. After one year, the components were blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
Bright, vibrant acidity gives the wine striking lift and energy, bringing freshness and tension to its textured palate. The result is a beautifully balanced wine, harmonizing expressive fruit, lively freshness, and remarkable depth.
