100% Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen. The grapes-including about 30% stems-fermented on the skins for three weeks. After pressing, the wine was aged for two years in small, 225 L oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur.
Elegant and layered, with notes of black cherry, black pepper, and a subtle earthy undertone.

Eckelsheim is located in the southwestern corner of Rheinhessen, bordering the Nahe wine region. The Mann family settled here in 1699, establishing a farm, planting vineyards, and producing wine ever since.
