100% Pinot Noir. After hand-harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for four weeks in stainless steel tanks, where the wine was also aged. It was bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. Crisp and herbal, with flavors of fresh berries, blackberry, and plum.

Yann Durrmann
The Durrmann family makes wine in Andlau, a beautiful little village on the lower slopes of the Vosges mountains, southwest of Strasbourg. Their old 17th century family house is located in the center of the village and not only is their home, but also the processing and aging room are located under the ancient beams.
Yann's father , André, started farming with just 1.5 hectares of land in early 1979 and through several small steps they reached the current total area of seven hectares.
