100% Riesling from clay-rich soils. The grapes are slowly pressed over 10 hours, fermented spontaneously, and then aged in large, old barrels. The wine is bottled early, in the spring or early summer following the harvest, to preserve its fresh and fruity character.

Yann Durrmann
The Durrmann family makes wine in Andlau, a beautiful little village on the lower slopes of the Vosges mountains, southwest of Strasbourg. Their old 17th century family house is located in the center of the village and not only is their home, but also the processing and aging room are located under the ancient beams.
Yann's father , André, started farming with just 1.5 hectares of land in early 1979 and through several small steps they reached the current total area of seven hectares.
