100% Riesling, made from pure press juice. The grapes are purchased and organically grown. The method is similar to that of a traditional Crémant d’Alsace, using the same amount of sugar at bottling, but here the wine retains its natural residual sugar, whereas Crémant often has sugar added externally. Yann does not disgorge the wine. Fresh and citrusy, with bubbles that dance beautifully in the glass.

Yann Durrmann
The Durrmann family makes wine in Andlau, a beautiful little village on the lower slopes of the Vosges mountains, southwest of Strasbourg. Their old 17th century family house is located in the center of the village and not only is their home, but also the processing and aging room are located under the ancient beams.
Yann's father , André, started farming with just 1.5 hectares of land in early 1979 and through several small steps they reached the current total area of seven hectares.
