A very unique red wine, made from 85% white grapes, inspired by Thibaud Capellaro, a kind of “reverse Côte-Rôtie.”
The Viognier, macerated for 15 days, is pressed over the Syrah pomace from Côte-Rôtie to achieve a rosé color, then aged in large barrels and demi-muids. Juicy and vibrant, this is a red wine that almost feels like a white, offering an exciting tasting experience!

Thibaud Capellaro is a young winemaker who lives and works in the Rhône Valley, one of the most famous wine regions in his country.
Although his studies initially led him to the world of business, he decided to devote himself to his greatest passion, wine. After studying winemaking at Beaune, he visited many places in France and Australia.
