A blend of Syrah and Gamay, destemmed and macerated in their own juice for a few days, then gently pressed and aged for one year in barrels. Smoothly integrated tannins and a high glou-glou factor.
Bottled without filtration, fining, or added sulfur.

Petite Nature
La Fée Paulette, as we meet her on social media and at wine events in France, is none other than Pauline Maziou, who lives and works in Quintenas, northern Ardèche.
Pauline's parents also farmed in the region, so working with the land and animals is not far from her. After a tortuous and adventurous few years, she starts working in a wine bar in Anonnay, where she meets several local winemakers, who influence her to study first with Jean Delobre (L Ferme des 7 Lunes) and then with our beloved Daniel Sage.
