Variety : red
50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Grolleau from Rablay-sur-Layon, a renowned slate-rich area in the Loire. Fermented spontaneously and aged for 18 months in reused barrels, then matured for an equal period in the bottle.Over the three years, the tannins have softened, yet the fruit remains lively: blackcurrant and black cherry dominate, giving the wine a sense of ripeness and depth.

Les Errances
Les Errances, or “The Wanderings,” is a small winery in Rablay-sur-Layon run by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau. The couple met in Rennes in 2009, and after backpacking around the world from Mexico to Sweden they returned to Paris. A few years in the corporate world made them realize they wanted a slower, more natural way of life, prompting a move to the Loire Valley.
After completing studies in viticulture and gaining experience with some of the region’s leading producers, they founded Les Errances in 2018.
