Variety : white
Quand fond la neige, ou va le blanc? So, where does the white go when the snow melts?
100% Chenin Blanc from clay–gravel soils enriched with shale. Aged for one year in multi-use oak barrels, it is bottled unfiltered and unfined. The palate is taut, with lively acidity and flavors of citrus, green apple, and peach. Long and saline on the finish.

Les Errances
Les Errances, or “The Wanderings,” is a small winery in Rablay-sur-Layon run by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau. The couple met in Rennes in 2009, and after backpacking around the world from Mexico to Sweden they returned to Paris. A few years in the corporate world made them realize they wanted a slower, more natural way of life, prompting a move to the Loire Valley.
After completing studies in viticulture and gaining experience with some of the region’s leading producers, they founded Les Errances in 2018.
