The Kinhoyé is Maité and Warren’s newest blend, made from grapes purchased in this first vintage. This cuvée brings together three grape varieties: Gamay, Grolleau, and a little twist of Chenin Blanc.
The wine’s uniqueness lies in its production: part of the grapes (Grolleau and Gamay) are direct-pressed, like a rosé, while another portion (Chenin and Grolleau) is left to macerate on the skins. The wines are then blended and kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, this light and airy red can be enjoyed for its fragrant Chenin Blanc from skin contact, subtle tannins, and an endless array of red fruit notes.

Les Errances
Les Errances, or “The Wanderings,” is a small winery in Rablay-sur-Layon run by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau. The couple met in Rennes in 2009, and after backpacking around the world from Mexico to Sweden they returned to Paris. A few years in the corporate world made them realize they wanted a slower, more natural way of life, prompting a move to the Loire Valley.
After completing studies in viticulture and gaining experience with some of the region’s leading producers, they founded Les Errances in 2018.
