Grown on three different soil types near Lake Neusiedl—sand, clay, and gravel—this wine was crafted into a directly pressed rosé. It was aged in fiberglass and steel tanks, as well as partly in large oak barrels. Reflecting a commitment to natural winemaking, it was bottled in a lightweight glass and sealed with a natural cork, without fining, filtration, or more than a tiny addition of sulfur (5 mg/l).
