Blend of Weissburgunder, Grüner Veltliner, and Muskateller
This wine is crafted from grapes grown in two distinct vineyards: one on chalky limestone (Kalk), the other on gravelly (Kiesel) soils. After harvest, the grapes undergo a four-day maceration in fully open vats, allowing for gentle extraction and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged partially in amphorae and partially in various barrels, all of which have been used at least once, preserving subtlety and nuance. Bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur, the result is a pure, expressive wine that reflects the terroir and individuality of each vineyard.
