Blaufrankisch rosé in Claus’s inimitable style and signature bottle. The grapes, sourced from Leithaberg, are fermented in amphora. On opening, fruit and spice mingle playfully: raspberry with a hint of wild thyme, strawberry, and a touch of white pepper Bright, well-balanced acidity dances pleasantly on the palate. Claus Preisinger
Claus first began working with grapes and wine as a hobby alongside his father. He later spent several formative years working with his neighbor, Hans Nittnaus, one of the leading figures of Burgenland’s Blaufränkisch scene. That period along with his mentor’s influence proved decisive, ultimately inspiring Claus to dedicate himself fully to winemaking.
