100% Gewurztraminer, with a quarter of the grapes destemmed and macerated on the skins for three weeks, while the remaining three-quarters were directly pressed; both fractions fermented together. In the glass, it shows intense aromas of rose, lychee, and refreshing pineapple, with only 11.5% alcohol. A true flavor bomb, one glass is never enough!

Yann Durrmann
The Durrmann family makes wine in Andlau, a beautiful little village on the lower slopes of the Vosges mountains, southwest of Strasbourg. Their old 17th century family house is located in the center of the village and not only is their home, but also the processing and aging room are located under the ancient beams.
Yann's father , André, started farming with just 1.5 hectares of land in early 1979 and through several small steps they reached the current total area of seven hectares.
