With the exception of Hárslevelű, all of the estate’s white varieties - Királyleányka, Rajnai Rizling, Olaszrizling from the new plantation, Lánycsók, and a small amount of Chardonnay from in front of the castle - were included in this blend, along with purchased organic Zöldveltelini.
Most of the grapes underwent whole-cluster direct pressing, while a smaller portion was fermented as whole berries using semi-carbonic maceration. Bottled unfiltered, unclarified, and without added sulfur, this small-batch wine was made from only two barrels, showcasing purity, freshness, and the nuanced character of the estate’s vineyards.

Géza’s journey to Mohács took him along unexpected twists and turns, guided by a mix of chance, timing, and an open-minded curiosity about the world of wine.
