100% Furmint from the Hetény vineyard, made entirely from young six-year-old vines. The grapes are hand-harvested from volcanic-loess soils and whole-cluster pressed. Half of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, while the other half ferments in 675-liter concrete eggs and spends eight months on the fine lees, entirely without intervention. The wine was bottled without the addition of sulfur.

Tímea’s connection to grapes goes back to her childhood. As a little girl, she accompanied her grandparents to the vineyards in Tokaj-Hegyalja, helping wherever she could.
The family farmed two hectares in Tállya. Her grandfather worked in the local quarry, while her grandmother prepared grafts for the vines. Tímea left for the city to study, but soon realized she could not find herself in a fast-paced, urban lifestyle.
