100% Poulsard. This wine comes from an old family plot, once farmed by Valentin’s father, now back in the family and entering its first year of chemical-free transition to biodynamic farming. The vinification is gentle and traditional: the grapes are direct-pressed and the wine is aged for eight months in tank, preserving freshness and the purity of the fruit. The result is a light, elegant red in which bright red fruit flavors shine, complemented by a subtle earthy note that reflects the limestone soils of the Jura, completing a delicate and harmonious expression.
