100% Cinsault, with part of the grapes direct-pressed and the other part destemmed and gently tossed into the juice. This maceration for a few days ensures that neither tannins nor color dominate the fresh, fruity notes. The wine is light, drinkable, and playful, a true summer hit. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.

Petite Nature
La Fée Paulette, as we meet her on social media and at wine events in France, is none other than Pauline Maziou, who lives and works in Quintenas, northern Ardèche.
Pauline's parents also farmed in the region, so working with the land and animals is not far from her. After a tortuous and adventurous few years, she starts working in a wine bar in Anonnay, where she meets several local winemakers, who influence her to study first with Jean Delobre (L Ferme des 7 Lunes) and then with our beloved Daniel Sage.
