50% Syrah, 50% Grenache.
The grapes come from old plots, predominantly north-facing, planted on very stony limestone soils. Grenache undergoes one week of partial carbonic maceration, while the Syrah is directly pressed. The two components are then blended and aged for 9 months in barrel without racking.
