A cross-border blend of Cinsault, Clairette Blanche, and Clairette Rose, created in collaboration with David Teyssierof La Ferme du Cade. The grapes are grown on the clay-limestone slopes of the southern Rhône, vinified separately, and later blended.

On the nose, it reveals fresh raspberries, wild strawberries, and peony blossoms, complemented by a delicate spicy-herbal nuance that adds lift and complexity.
