This cuvée is made from equal parts Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir (50/50). For this vintage, the aim was to craft a fresh white wine with pronounced acidity. Both varieties were harvested in the first days of the vintage and directly pressed, avoiding any skin contact in order to preserve the wine’s white wine profile.

Fermentation proceeded quickly and without difficulty, revealing aromas of fresh pear and white pepper, supported by a vibrant acidity. The wine was then aged for 12 months without topping up. Despite this oxidative élevage, no yeast flor developed on the surface.

It was bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
