A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah, from a southeast-facing vineyard where the average age of the vines is around 50 years. Harvested in mid-September 2023, the Grenache was directly pressed, with the Syrah added after 24 hours of maceration. It fermented in steel tanks and was bottled in May 2023 without filtration, fining, or the addition of sulfur.

Gérald Oustric is a living legend of French winemaking. Many of today’s natural wine pioneers, including Andrea Calek, Jérôme Jouret, Sylvain Bock, and Anders Frederik Steen, openly acknowledge the debt they owe him for giving them the freedom to experiment and spread their wings.
