Organically grown Welschriesling, fermented and aged for a year in a clay vessel (Légli amphora). In September 2022, each bottle was inoculated with Welschriesling must to trigger secondary fermentation. In February 2023, it was disgorged and bottled with residual sugar before fermentation fully completed. The process finished under crown cap, producing fine, delicate bubbles in the bottle. A light, refreshing drink, bottled without disgorging, an authentic natural méthode traditionnelle experience.

The Kövesd project was born from the shared vision of two passionate friends, Attila Sánta and Zoltán Varga. In 2021, they planted nearly three hectares of vines in Garamkövesd and neighboring Bajta, determined to demonstrate the true potential of the long-abandoned vineyards of the Lower Garam region through their wines.
