A blend of 80% Rotburger and 20% St. Laurent.
The destemmed grapes were fermented on the skins for 8 days without any external intervention, after which the pressed wine was transferred into fiberglass tanks (Zweigelt and St. Laurent) and large acacia barrels (Zweigelt). The vessels were aged separately for 6 months, then blended shortly before bottling. The wine was bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulfur.
