A 50/50 blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Chardonnay from the Neuberg site, where vineyards are planted on rocky, limestone-rich slopes. This terroir consistently produces wines of remarkable purity, precision, and vibrancy. Three-quarters of the grapes were directly pressed, with the juice transferred straight into a used 225-liter barrique barrel, while the remaining quarter was left on the skins for 8 days. The wine was aged on fine lees for 10 months, then bottled unfiltered, without fining or the addition of sulfur.
