A blend of red and white grapes, including Welschriesling, Rosenmuskateller, Chardonnay, St. Laurent, Blaufränkisch, and Syrah. The grapes were partly destemmed, with around 10% whole clusters retained, and fermented with minimal intervention in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. After 10 days, the must was pressed and transferred into 225-liter barrique barrels. The white varieties were directly pressed without skin contact. The wines were aged on fine lees for 11 months, then bottled on July 31, 2023, unfiltered and without fining or the addition of sulfur.
