This wine is made from Savagnin, one-third of which is Savagnin Rose, grown on three-year-old vines planted in the Triassic marl soils of the Bois d’Arnaux vineyard. The vineyard has been organically farmed since 2014, with careful attention to maintaining the natural balance of the soil.

After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo one month of skin maceration, imparting depth and complexity to the wine. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels with continuous topping-up (ouillage), resulting in a wine that expresses purity, structure, and terroir-driven character.
