100% Poulsard (Ploussard) from southwest-facing vineyards in Arbois-Pupillin planted on red marl soils (Argiles du Lias) at 300 m altitude. These vines have been organically and biodynamically farmed since 2012, with green row spacing, minimal soil disturbance, and careful use of biodynamic preparations.

The hand-harvested grapes are vinified with 80% destemmed fruit and 20% whole clusters, undergoing semi-carbonic maceration for about ten days with gentle crushing. The wine then matures for ten months in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness, vibrancy, and pure fruit expression.

Bottled without added sulfur and at just 11% alcohol, this playful, approachable wine - affectionately known as “Plouplou”—is clean, easy-drinking, and endlessly enjoyable.
