This St. Laurent pét-nat is sourced from clay- and sand-rich soils in Burgenland, yielding bright, lively acidity. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks before being bottled on the full lees to complete fermentation in bottle. After nine months of aging, the wine is disgorged and bottled with no added sulphur. Elegant and refined, it opens with delicate white floral aromas alongside fresh citrus notes. A subtle touch of residual sugar gently rounds the palate, lending balance and softness to the finish.
