The second vintage of Jason’s new red cuvée, a blend of Regent, Sankt Laurent, and Pinot Noir. The first two are directly pressed, while the Pinot Noir is macerated as whole clusters for a few days. Light and airy, with redcurrant, raspberry, and strawberry notes tingling on the palate. Very easy-drinking, vibrant, and lively, with fine acidity, everything that brings energy and life to a wine.
