A blend through several vintages, combining Huxelrebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris from the 2023 vintage with Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc from 2024. The Bacchus, Huxelrebe, and Pinot Gris underwent skin fermentation, while the remaining varieties were processed through direct pressing. The wine strikes a beautiful balance between the textural depth of the skin-fermented components and the precision of the direct-pressed fruit, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-driven expression with exceptional drinkability.
