Hand-harvested from a 30-year-old plantation on August 23, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented spontaneously in a combination of stainless steel tanks and mixed wooden barrels. After careful destemming, the wine matured in barrels, allowing it to develop depth, texture, and expressive character.
Bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur, this Grillo showcases pure fruit, vibrant freshness, and a mineral-driven elegance.

Agricola Gilì is run by the young and passionate winemaking duo Ermanno Vella and Alice Marconcini, who live on Sicily’s southwest coast in the picturesque village of Granitola Torretta, south of Marsala. Their deep connection to the land and love of nature culminated in December 2022 with the launch of their own project, focused on crafting natural wines that express the true character of their region. Their first vintage, 2023, already reflects this commitment.
