Silverio 2024 is a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Catarratto. The grapes come from the Torretta Granitola area in southwestern Sicily. While Syrah and Catarratto may seem like an unusual pairing at first, it is precisely this unexpected combination that makes the wine so distinctive and memorable. The Syrah brings darker fruit, spice and structure, while the Catarratto lightens the overall profile and draws the wine towards the fresh, salty character of its Sicilian coastal terroir.

Agricola Gilì
Agricola Gilì is run by the young and passionate winemaking duo Ermanno Vella and Alice Marconcini, who live on Sicily’s southwest coast in the picturesque village of Granitola Torretta, south of Marsala. Their deep connection to the land and love of nature culminated in December 2022 with the launch of their own project, focused on crafting natural wines that express the true character of their region. Their first vintage, 2023, already reflects this commitment.
