95% Furmint and 5% Hárslevelű, sourced in equal parts from 60-year-old vines in the Sípos vineyard and 4-year-old vines in the Hetény vineyard. Fermented and aged in two 675-liter ceramic eggs. Bottled in August 2020 without added sulfur. Aromas of pear, quince compote and peach on the nose, with the same fruits returning clearly on the palate. Elegant and streamlined, with a silky texture, taut acidity, and a vibrant sense of drive and energy running through every sip.

Tímea’s connection to grapes goes back to her childhood. As a little girl, she accompanied her grandparents to the vineyards in Tokaj-Hegyalja, helping wherever she could.
The family farmed two hectares in Tállya. Her grandfather worked in the local quarry, while her grandmother prepared grafts for the vines. Tímea left for the city to study, but soon realized she could not find herself in a fast-paced, urban lifestyle.
