A blend of 60% Furmint and 40% Hárslevelű from 40-year-old vines in the Bártfai dűlő, grown on volcanic rhyolitic soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, with around 5% affected by noble rot, adding an additional layer of complexity.

Whole clusters are gently pressed, and the wine is then aged for 25 months on gross lees in medium-plus toasted Zemplén oak barrels.

The wine shows a long, saline and citrus-driven finish, with pronounced reduction in its youth that contributes to its tension and energy. Flinty, earthy, and deeply vibrant, it carries a sense of almost boundless vitality, remaining alive for days even after opening.

Some natural CO₂ may be present upon opening; this is an intentional and characteristic part of the wine’s expression, contributing to its freshness and dynamism.
