100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, made from their own organically and biodynamically (Demeter) certified grapes. About 70% of the grapes were hand-picked from botrytized clusters, left on the skins for a week, then gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks. With 150 g/L residual sugar, its vibrant acidity perfectly balances the sweetness. Great with food, or equally delightful on its own at the end of a meal.

Tímea’s connection to grapes goes back to her childhood. As a little girl, she accompanied her grandparents to the vineyards in Tokaj-Hegyalja, helping wherever she could.
The family farmed two hectares in Tállya. Her grandfather worked in the local quarry, while her grandmother prepared grafts for the vines. Tímea left for the city to study, but soon realized she could not find herself in a fast-paced, urban lifestyle.
