100% Pinot Noir from the "Les Riaux" area near Puligny-Montrachet. After hand-harvesting, it ferments in whole bunches for about three weeks. Renaud does not use a pump, he only presses down the juice once at the end of fermentation, not looking for extraction or color, but for clarity and freshness. The wine is transferred by gravity into multi-fill barrels, where it ages on the lees for twelve months. Bottling without filtration, fining or sulfur addition.

Although Renaud Boyer, a native of Meursault, originally intended to become an engineer, he was drawn back early on to the remarkable terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, ultimately following in his grandfather’s footsteps.
He took over 3 hectares of vines (many over 80 years old) from his uncle, Thierry Guyot, a pioneer of organic and biodynamic farming in Burgundy since 1986.
