This Savagnin was fermented and aged in barrel for two years in an ouillé (topped-up) style, resulting in a wine of straight, radiant character.

The nose shows notes of ripe lemon, apple, and flint.

On the palate it is tense and precisely crafted, with a fine yet deep texture carried by vibrant minerality. A saline, pure line runs through the wine, giving it clarity and focus.

The finish is long and persistent, marked by a distinctive mineral energy and a clean, saline drive.
